There was a poor man.One day he earn a little money and he went to a sweetmeat-seller to buy sweets.He asked for a few sweets.The seller was a cheat.He gave the poor man short measure.The man knew it and complained to the seller.The sweetmeat-seller said,It is no matter,for u will have the less to carry. The poor man was clever.He decided to pay back the seller in his own coin.He gave him one paisa less for the sweets.The seller counted the money and asked for one paisa more.At this the poor man said it is no mater,for u will have the less to count.The seller could not say anything.The man walked away with the the sweets.

The Fox With A Tail
once a fox was caught in a trap.He managed to escape but lost his tail in the atempt.He felt ashamed to appear before the other foxes.However,he hit upon a plan to appear respectable.He went to the foxes and said that he had cut off his tail,for the foxes at other places had no tails.He added that it was then the fashion to have no tail.He advised the other foxes to cut off their tails.He said that it was more comfortable and fashionable to have no tail.The other foxes simply laughed at the idea.They didnot agree with the fox to cut off their tails.The fox was sad that his trick hsd failed.

Technical education denotes the knowledge and use of some special skills.Engineering, agriculture,weaving,carpentry come under technical education.Technical education teaches us not only theory but also practice.Technical education gives us knowledge but it has no practical application.One who have received technical education is called a technician.A technician can make,use or repair a machine.For example,a pilot can drive an Airoplanes ,an engineer can built a bridge, a carpenter can make furniture.
Technical education helps the progress of a country.Technicians can construct factories, roads, bridge, canals, etc. They can dive truck, train ships and airplanes.They can help to work mines and produce electricity.They can help to make use of forest.They can help the growth of agriculture and the production of raw materials.They can operate telephones and wireless sets.Technicians can help in every sphare of a nations productive activities.
Technical education helppppps a nation to be self-sufficient.If we do not have our own technicians,we have to bring them from other countries.If other countries do not helps us,we cannot develop our industries and agricultures.If we bring technicians from abroad,we have to pay them a lot money.Now-a-days,we are undertaking many development projects in our country,but we lack technician.so many plans and projects have been postponed,or there has been very slow progress.
